Step 1
Press the switch button to turn on the light. When it lights up, proceed to step 2. (the switch button is depressed when on, and protrudes when off)
Step 2
Put the solar panel right side up, and connect the cable plugs with full strength, you'll hear the snap into the place and your light will be turned off at once if it's well connected (rotate to plug in if it's hard to connect). If it's not well connected, your light may flicker and can't be charged.
Step 3
Choose a secure surface (wall, roof, tree trunk...) which is facing south. Drill two holes into the wall, put 2 big screws into the holes and fix the solar panel to the screws. Please make sure that there is no houses or trees block the sunlight. Charging time should be 8 hours or more. (depends on sunlight intensity)
Step 4
Ditto fix the light with two big srews on a secure surface for illuminating. Please note that the distance between the light and solar panel should not be over 16.4 feet.
Warm tips of installation:
*Please install the flood light & solar panel in the daytime.
*Please make sure that there is no other light sources shine on solar panel at night, because it's light control. The flood light won't work if there's other light shine on solar panel.
*.In order to maximize the waterproof performance, please make sure the switch down toward during insallation.
*In order to optimize its performance, please switch it off manually after the installation, and charge it for 2-3 days before initial use, then switch it on at the second or third night. It will work automatically day after day.
